Grilled Turkey, Cheese, Avocado, and Spinach Sammy

Fast Lunch: 
Grilled Turkey, Cheese, Avocado, and Spinach Sandwich



Serving: 1
Ready in: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
2 slices of 100% Whole wheat bread
2 slices of Boars Head oven roasted turkey
2 slices of Boars Head muenster cheese
Handful of baby spinach leaves
1/2 Avocado
2-3 teaspoons Mayo
1 teaspoon of Sriracha
Mustard
Salt & Pepper

*Next time I will add: Cucumber or Jalapenos!*

Steps:
1. Mix mayo and Sriracha in a small dish.
2. Preheat non stick pan on medium-low heat
2. Top 1 slice of bread with spicy mayo, turkey, spinach, and sliced avocado, salt & pepper, and yellow mustard (to your liking)
3. Smear the 2nd slice of bread with the spicy mayo and top with cheese
4. Stack the 2nd slice onto the first slice and transfer into hot pan (don't forget to coat the pan with PAM)
5. Grill the sandwich about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown
